Today small and medium businesses working with the government are presented with immense opportunities for growth. To thrive, contractors must understand the potential risks and implications involved in this type of work. Although the opportunities are vast and the pay is good, It can be difficult to stay current on already complex regulations. For this reason, contractors need help to adeptly maneuver through the intricacies of government contracts while keeping the goals of the business top of mind.

This course is designed to introduce attendees to the procurement process from customer to contracting officer responsibilities. Attendees will learn how the Government buys and who make up the contract management team.
