MarketAtomy’s Annual Growth Planning Program is a 3-phase process that begins with a 12-month Macro level plan focused on Revenue generation. With revenue goals identified focus moves on to identifying the supporting elements that must be considered to reach anticipated revenue goals along 5 areas of concentration (Operations, Product Introduction, Market Outreach, Customer Acquisition, and Strategic Partnering). Once complete, students will walk away with a macro-level view of what the next year’s growth outlook for their business will entail.
Phase 2 (Meso Level) of the 12-Month Annual Growth Strategy focuses on breaking down the Macro growth strategy into realistic quarterly objectives and milestones. This phase will also focus on developing a milestone schedule and overall budget.
Finally, Phase 3 (Micro Level) of the overall growth plan focuses on establishing tactical action steps and assigning sequencing responsibilities and building a strategic management task board.
