Most people hear the word branding and immediately picture a logo or some visual representation of a company. When in fact a brand is the feeling an individual has when interacting with your company. It could be the logo, a slogan or jingle, smell or taste, atmosphere, or customer service that is uniquely yours.
This course will introduce you to what a brand is and how it can help or hurt your company is not communicated properly. You will learn how to protect your brand and how to build a story around it.
