The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs was developed to protect all stakeholders engaging with the Federal Government, promoting diversity through equal opportunity and law enforcement. If your intent is to pursue federal contracts whether, under the No-Bid or the Competitive program, it is imperative that you understand the compliance issues that must be adhered to. This course is designed to introduce attendees to the compliance standards as they relate to taking affirmative action and not discriminating on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. These compliance standards extend to contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the compliance and regulatory standards as it relates to doing business with the Federal Government. The agency is dedicated to providing ongoing support and training because they believe that a well-trained workforce is an effective workforce.
